Every possible care and attention will be given but it is understood that all animals are left with us at the owners risk. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any dog that shows aggression to any of our staff, and will call you to come and collect your dog if we feel it is unsafe to keep him regardless of the fact it may interrupt your holiday plans. The onus is on the customer to be truthful about your dog’s temperament, and then we can assess him/her before you leave him/her with us. In such cases we may offer to keep them but at an additional fee.
A current vaccination certificate must be produced on your first visit to allow us to record all current vaccinations and there after annually or as requested. We will also accept dogs that have been titer tested, showing immunity No dog may be boarded without proof that all vaccinations are up to date.
Dogs; Booster should cover – Parvovirus, Leptospira canicola, Distemper, infectious Canine Hepatitis, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza and Leptospira icterohaemorrhagae.
Kennel Cough- this vaccination must be asked for in addition to the above as your vet will not normally assume this is needed.
IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR NORMAL YEARLY VACCINATIONS.
We have taken every precaution to prevent the spread of this highly infectious disease, but there is no guarantee. It can be spread where a number of dogs come into contact, i.e., the park, dog shows, kennels or even waiting rooms at your local vets. Vaccination does not guarantee immunity but will cut down the risks and if caught, should be a much milder form of the infection.
No booking can be reserved unless there is a deposit against it.
A 25% deposit or minimum of 2 Days is required to secure your booking, this is Non-refundable/non transferable, all days booked will be chargeable.
We will not charge the day rate for the collection day if your dog is collected before 10am. However we will charge a surcharge of £20 per dog per day + the daily rate if you have booked to pick up before 10am and arrive late. So please ring and tell us you are going to be late. This is because your room will be booked out to another dog and we will have nowhere to put him until you arrive. So if you are unsure of your return time please book your dog in for the extra day.
1. All booked days will be chargeable regardless of whether you return early.
2. Any Booking that is cancelled within 1 week of the arrival date will be charged in full.
3. Any customer that does not arrive will be charged for the whole booking.
No future bookings will be accepted unless terms 1,2 & 3 are met
